| Hello all,
Just wanted to let you know that I currently made myself a little website, if you were unaware. Original name for it....http://www.mattmanes.com
I know...it took my a long time to figure it out.
I have a blog on there, but as most of you know, i'm really horrible with updating it.
And the reason why it's 5 in the morning, is because i'm working at the station Friday nights to make a little extra money.
And now i must leave.
P.S. I'm going to start drum lessons, as another possible tour is looking pretty good in the future...shhhh...and I'm taking lessons from a gentleman known as Garett Buell....who is the percussionist for a little group known as Caedmon's Call!!!!!!....I'm really excited about the lessons and I'm even more excited about the contacts I'm going to make from them!!!

| Just thought I'd let you guys know, that I officially did nothing at work today....
semi my fault....
semi the fault of others who didn't get stuff back to me...
hopefully I don't get fired, if i do...
I'm going straight for the whole musician thing!!!

| I'm moving to Nashville!!! Yes, that's right. I'm going to try to wrap
this up into one little "blog" but I don't know how well it's
going to work.
I got an e-mail on Thursday from my boss at the radio station that I
worked at in Nashville and he asked if I had a job, because he may have
something that might suit me. So I called him on Friday and pretty much
they created a position for me. It's going to be making sure that the
sponsors spots are being played and doing production and being in
charge of the internship program, which I was an intern. Anyways, it's
in Nashville, which it has been a dream to move there, Ben Deem and I
are going to be roommates, and I'm quitting my job at the bank, which I
really really don't like.
Also, I'm going to the Philippians from October 19th through the 27th.
Which you can be praying about because it just got hit with a typhoon
today.
Well, I'll try to keep you updated, but I'm not promising anything

| The true question is if I should even try to keep this thing updated again...so here we go
Well, well, well. This past summer was pretty amazing. I really can't
put it in words, but what I can say is that my "dream" that I've had
for awhile finally came true. We were up at Soulfest and we were in
charge of this really small stage and we thought that was our only
stage we were going to play on so we were really bummed. But, it turned
out that we got to play on the third biggest stage and we had a
professional sound system and I got to play under really cool lights.
It was the first time that I felt that I really was a "rockstar" and it
was cool....
So now, i'm waiting on my old boss to call me back about a job at a
bank that I just found out about today. Which is really cool b/c I gave
a talk on Saturday about how God provides for me exactly when it's time
for him too. But now for the next couple of weeks, I'm going to be
helping my sister move into her house, help my aunts move into assisted
living and try to keep my family sane.
I think this was a good start.....Keith Urban on THURSDAY!!!

| So Abby want's me to update...and I really have nothing...but I'll try to make up something...here we go!
Well I leave for tour in t minus 11 days..or something like that. Our first stop is at the Waynesburg Bible Chapel and then leaving straight for Mass.
We have our 1st photo shoot this Saturday in Pittsburgh and my friend Christine is doing it. She's an amazing photographer. Then we have our next photo shoot in Mass. on July 3rd and we're getting our hair styled...right now my hair is a little long, but I think it just looks weird...so i may cut it...
Other than that...I'm currently working at my house this week...band practice on friday...band practice tuesday, wednesday, and thursday of next week....and...
I'm addicted to MTV...my new fav. show is Fast Inc....it's a show where these guys go out and buy cars for famous people and they have to find them in the most random places..
